2015 Symphony - Lodi

$25.00 per Bottle

Tasting Notes

Symphony is a California clone developed by University of California Davis in 1948. It is typically produced and blended as a sweet wine, utilizing Muscato as the blending agent. Our 2015 DeLiese Cellars Symphony shows bright, intense aromas of flowers, especially lilac notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with bright acids and a soft, well-rounded mouth feel with a grapefruit finish. This Symphony is a non-blended, 100% varietal. This wine is incredibly popular for that summer or early outdoor dinner!

Production Notes

After harvesting, fruit for the DeLiese Symphony is whole-cluster pressed and subsequently fermented in stainless steel. The wine is racked twice during barrel aging and sterile filtered just prior to bottling.
